Starbucks

Very snappy mainly the women. Bad customer service. Treat you like you aren’t the customer and your a random who didn’t just spend your hard earn money. Had a drink mad and it was bitter and had no sugar I asked could more sugar be added and the lady looked at me and said I can give you some sugar packs. I said no thank you then she got upset and said well what’s wrong I said it’s bitter she said it’s a coffee I said I’ve had this a lot I know that and then lightly snatched it back ..now keep in mind we’re in a pandemic..not supposed to take anything back but I didn’t care because I didn’t want it she slammed the window and told someone remake it and when I got it back it was still horrible I just said thanks and drone off . I’ve never experienced that type of behavior this Starbucks has been going down I recommend the one down further by the highway.
