PLEASE KEEP THE LOBBY OPEN PAST UNTIL 10 FOR DELIVERY DRIVERS - the new change of having the lobby open until 9pm makes it rough on delivery drivers and the customers they are delivering to, if the line is long we will have to wait about 30 minutes for the food and deliver- in some cases this could leave us making less the minimum wage plus the rising gas prices- I am hoping management will look at this review and leave the lobby open for delivery drivers only past 9pm- you could make a sign saying “delivery drivers only past 9pm and put the food in between the first and second door and lock the first door after you place it there- this would likely not disrupt your cleaning process- I will be remembering to not take orders past 9pm until the lobby comes back open- it really is a hassle- thank you for considering!

The food is good, however they have NEVER gotten my order right. I was just there today and nope they gave me a wrong drink and I ordered a deluxe and got one with only pickles
So I'm not sure I will ever go back. Too many chicken places out there to be frustrated 🥴.

Good food but sometimes quality can be somewhat bad. Cold fries, we never get our sauce, and our drinks always have so much ice and never any beverage. Overall it's good but not great.

Great food and service UNLESS your Hispanic or Latino, I simply ordered one chicken sandwich, then they brought me two, I simply told them I order one, Melissa simply told me they don’t take them back and the manager didn’t say a word, I just said have a blessed night, I’ll pray to god to bless this place and not let racial feelings get in between the customers and the employees of this place, thank you

Worst Chick-fil-A I have ever been to. Everyone was quite rude. I definitely don’t need a “your pleasure” but a simple response back would be nice. Couldn’t even get a “you’re welcome” after saying “thank you”.

This is my favorite place to eat! Lots of good food on the menu, and the drive thru is probably the fastest out of what I've been to. A definite fast food choice!

I ordered a salad in the drive through and they had me pull up because it wasn’t ready. it took 15 minutes. They also forgot to give me a fork and the salad dressing and seemed very uncaring when I asked for those items

Always too expensive for the small amount they give.. the macaroni is good but too small for that price. I'd rather spend my $50 for a family meal at portillo's. But I guess if I was only buying for one it would be ok not for family.
