I have gone here many times in the past few years, and recently I have had some of the best service I have ever received from a fast food place. So long as you have patience at times, they will never cease to give you excellent service. The manager there as of the time of writing is a lovely person and is extremely kind. Love this Taco Bell, 1335 W Kearney. 5 stars, highly recommend.

Normally I come here and it's amazing. Good food and good service. Well not today. Their was a car infrout of me, it took them almost 20min to get one bag to them. So time was extra long. Once the car moved from, the employee threw some yellow liquid out of the window. It hit my car. I have no clue what was in the cup. I feel like it was disrespectful. When I brought it up to the employee, he seemed to not care. He brushed it off and joked with the other two employees their next to him.
I have never felt more disrespected before.

No one picks up the phone on the 3rd shift, when it's dead and not busy, so that I may talk with someone about a potential refund because I did NOT receive my full order of food. The gentleman at the order station was nice, and the order was correct on the screen, but I can't get a hold of anyone on the phone at 0218 because I don't know why? Don't go here, go to a different TB.

This location is my favorite in Springfield. They are always fairly busy. Especially after 10 p.m.. Their staff works great together bc they are quick and efficient and rarely seem to make mistakes with special or large orders. Tonight my food was especially good. Great job Friday night crew.

Was in the drive thru for over an hour. Didn't seem under staffed ,just mismanaged. No sense of urgency what so ever. And then wife checks bank transactions a couple days later, and not only did we get charged 23 bucks for the stuff we ordered. They ran my card twice to the tune of another $8.50.

This place took our order immediately took over 40 minutes to get a few tacos and a burrito box they had other people that had been in there an hour in front of us and then when we got our food my son wouldn’t eat is taco because the meat was cold and all mine the tortilla was very hard then the little girl in the back started complaining like we had no right to complain about waiting there for an hour at this point I feel like you need to fire everybody in your building and start over because I couldn’t get any worse

I realize prices have gone up on everything but we got 6 reg dorito tacos (not supreme) 50 cents more for maybe a tsp of sour cream! Really! The tacos did not have a tablespoon of meat in them. The price is exorbitant and the quality less. What's wrong with this picture. We will not be back!

Got my food on 5/7/22 and didn’t the guy at the window didn’t even speak to me, let alone tell me they don’t have mild sauce, which apparently they didn’t have, (like I’m supposed to know) and on top of that they gave me the complete wrong burrito. Like I’ve worked at a Taco Bell before and you guys weren’t busy, and the guy wasn’t even trying to be a person, just handed my food to me without looking, a friendly reminder that you don’t have the most common sauce you carry and a hello would be nice.
