Sonic Drive-in

I just ordered online. I ordered a BBQ popcorn chicken meal with a larger ocean water and I upgraded the side to the cheese sticks which charges extra. Online I also ordered 2 ranch dressings. I show up and check in on the app. They came out with my food quick, which is why this is a 2 star instead of a one. But she gives me my food and says sorry we’re out of cheese sticks. Which is completely understandable but she didn’t offer to make something else instead or offer a refund for the cheese sticks. I asked for fries instead but still paid the up charge for the cheese sticks. I only ended up getting one out of the two ranches I ordered. No napkins, no fork, and I work on an ambulance which is what I was in to pick up the food. Didn’t have time to wait around and ask for the items not included in the bag.

I had already had my order messed up. I went back to get replaced or fixed and told me I had to contact the corporate. I then was going to order again anyways for my husband and wouldn't even answer when I hit the button. I had to go through drive thru. They not only messed it up (feel did on purpose - bc pretty much same as what they messed up before) it was supposed to be NO TOMATO 🍅 EXTRA 🥬 EXTRA EXTRA EXTRA EXTRA 🧅... (Don't judge I just want extra but in some places you have to say extra so many times to ACTUALLY get extra) did not put receipt on the bag. Got home only to find out was wrong. I called back ready to snap but luckily the lady was respectful so I was not going to tell at her. She said it would be fixed.. hope that it's true
