Waffle House

I usually go to this one every Sunday after church they're usually great. Service is quick even when they're packed but the usual workers weren't there and it showed. There was only one other table there and it took an hour almost to get our food. Had a hair in my husband's food. Not sure what happened as like I say they're always great! Today was awful though!

Terrible experience - our waitress brought us 1/2 of our food and a check for the FULL menu price. When I asked about the balance of the food, she just had some of it removed from the bill. I know it is tough to find good employees these days, but please teach manners to the few you have. Simply asking if we needed anything else and we could have said yes what about our waffles? But, nope no drink refills, no complete meals, no questions and no common courtesy. She spend most of her time crying behind the bread cart and I get it - life happens but someone should have sent her home and took over her tables.

Walked into the restaurant at 10am and sat at the bar... I wasn't greeted by anyone...sat for 20 min with no one coming to ask what my order was or why I was even there ... Literally just sat in a waffle house for 20 min before I decided to leave... In the entire 20 min that I was there not one of the 6 employees working even spoke to me

**YES VERY MUCH PLEASED** I was greeted and waited on by the best waitress that I have had at a waffle house in a long time. The young lady's name was Kristina. She was able to get my order correct promptly and she kept a very welcoming smile on her face while doing it. The store was busy but yet I never felt as if I had to wait. She was very professional and prompt. I would definitely recommend this place and come back. Mainly because of the excellent service that I was given.

Terrible experience- I ordered the kids menu and the server didn't say nothing about it but when I got my food it was something else and the lady was very rude saying that it was a kids menu and I wasn't a kid so she decided to give me another menu. I had to disclose medical information on why I had to order the kids menu to her.
