Quiznos

Every time I have been here I have enjoyed my experience. The Owner is actually behind the counter working, and she is SO nice. She is always so personable, and makes AMAZING sandwiches. She also gave my little girl a duck toy out of pure kindness. I will continue to eat there when I go to Springfield for as long as she remains open. 10/10 recommend.

This is the bomb of all foods..Owners are excepental. They remember what they customers order every time..love them for the best years of my life. When we lived in Florida, we made sure we stopped in asap of getting to town to get our "Quiznos" fix. And see the happy folks there..stay safe everyone, support local small businesses..

Everything I have ordered from Quiznos has been delicious and pretty good value. The only downside is that they close at 7. Last time we went it was very close to closing time and we weren’t aware. However, they made our orders even though they were in the process of cleaning up for the night. We have always had excellent service when visiting.

I gave 2 stars because this was one of our favorite sandwich shops in town. The food was usually good and the staff is friendly. I worked for the company when I was younger and know how it operates. With that said if someone doesnt want something on their sandwich you should work with them. The meats are presliced and it's not a huge ask to have something replaced. I'm not a very picky person but I didnt appreciate the owner who works here not willing to take 1-2 minutes for a simple ask for a big order (me being the only one wanting a small change). They had done this in the past without issue. However the last few times I tried ordering I was told by the owner that no they cant do this at all. Then was told another time they would have to ring up everything individually and it would cost almost twice as much as normal since it wouldn't be a "signature sandwich" anymore. I wanted one meat replaced with another that already comes on the sandwich because it gives me terrible heartburn. I'm not going to pay the same price for less meat (their option for just leaving off what I dont want) or near twice the price to have such a simple thing done. Wish them well because we used to enjoy eating here but they lost our business over the owners attitude and unwillingness to work with the customer. This wasnt during a busy time so I dont know why this was an issue.
