Ihop

Ordered on IHOP website at 8:40pm, it is now 9:50pm and they have told us twice they are still working on the food, there are people standing everywhere waiting to pick up their food or be seated and no one is doing their job. We ordered through their website hoping it would be correct as every-time we’ve ordered through door dash it has been late and wrong, at this point it’s been made clear that this location is the issue not door dash. They have one cook and 2-3 severs working. I completely understand that places are understaffed but being rude and completely ignoring customers isn’t helpful. They just called and asked “If we even still wanted our food, and that they haven’t even started cooking it yet” I understand being busy as well, however orders should be made in the order they come in, one is not priority over the other.

Went in tonight to place a takeout order. The restaurant was running with 3 staff members and they were all so kind and efficient in getting everyone their food. Unfortunately, i witnessed an unpleasant delivery driver walk out on his pickup orders because of a short wait time. Please be kind to your wait staff and cooks. These three were working as hard, quickly and happily as they could. I appreciate getting fresh, hot, delicious food with excellent service. Thank you!

I had been happy to see an IHOP close by for an early breakfast, when I got there even though the "open 24 hours" sign was lit up they were closed. After checking online they opened at 6am so I waited since I could see workers in there. Another car pulled up and they saw us out there, then ignored us. By 615 they had still not unlocked the doors so I left and got coffee elsewhere on my way to work. If you're not open at 6am you should change your hours, they looked right at us and ignored us for fifteen minutes.

The food was fine, but the service was terrible. Christina, our server, did not seem to want to even touch our table. I am diabetic and when I asked about what kind of omelets they had she pointed to the menu and said "they are listed right there". After we ordered our food we did not see her for a while. She brought our food and pretty much shoved it in our faces. She did not place the plates on the table. Not a good experience at all.

We had an awful experience. After a long waiting time to be seated. The waitress ask us what we would like to drink. I said coffee with flavored creamer. The waitress informed me that they do not have any flavor creamer and if I would like some then I could go across the street to Wal-mart and pick myself some up there. What?Are you kidding me? I could not believe that she said that, with a smile and a laugh I said a Diet Coke then please. Then I watched the waitress go to back and start mocking me to another waitress. Of course we paid for our drinks that we did not drink and went to another restaurant that cares about their customers and hires respectful waitresses. We will never go back! Hands down the worst I-Hop experience we have ever had!
