Always a pleasure! I often forget about this place because it is not a local deli. Every single time I do come here it is great. The place is always clean, the food is always really good. Today I hot a Hot Bobby, a Capastrami with fries. Both sammies were excellent and the fries are second to none. I am not really a greasy fry person but these fries are the absoulte best. All that said, the friendly customer service is top notch.

Called in an order at 11:00 to pick up at noon yesterday. The person who took my order was polite and friendly. Our order was exactly how we placed it. And boy was it good! We ordered 2 large Italian Hoagies and 1 large Bobbi. There was plenty for 6 people and we still have one Italian left over. We'll definitely be calling Capriotti's in Springfield again!

Had not been to Capriotti's in sometime, but I was glad I stop in the sandwiches were good, my wife said the meatball was excellent next time I'll try it, no pics maybe next time

Came literally 10 minutes before closing, staff was cleaning up for the night & still waited on me without a complaint or attitude, I’m so appreciative, lady who greeted me & made my salads was very nice, always is, thank you so much for your great customer service! And the food is always amazing and fresh

Tonight’s dinner in bed series. First time trying, here we have a wagyu cheesesteak. I believe a good cheesesteak always start with the bread and should have some bite and texture to it. This one way too tender, I guess it being wagyu explains the way it just melted in your mouth. I’m glad I did try it to know the difference, but future references, stick with the classic cheesesteak. Happy eating, endless cheat days😋🤤

My go to Sandwich shop in the area. Cheese steak is better than in most philly stores. But the best sandwich is probably the wagyu roastbeef.
I tend to call ahead and preorder, however they are pretty fast when you order in store as well.

Great specialty sandwiches, the turkey Bobby is my favorite with its hand carved turkey. The employees are always friendly and the place is kept very clean. I like that they have soup and great salads to choose from if you're not in the mood for a sandwich.
