Glad to have this as my local Dunkin'. The owner is friendly and frequently asks me how I'm doing. The store is clean and I'm always impressed by how fast they are able to move long lines. Unlike some other locations, I don't think I've ever had a watered-down coffee here. I have encountered some not-so-friendly employees here, but the owner seems to be on top of this since those employees were never there again.

I dont want to put too much blame on the store for today's service but they are struggling with the other Balt Pike location being closed. I guess they don't get much business on a normal day so the crush from the other store is making a difference. Where I do fault them is the other store has been closed for 2 weeks and they haven't adjusted. The manager was all over the place and on the surface it looked like he was helping but I think it was more of a hindrance. He would ask a customer what they were waiting for and walk away half way through the response. The ticket system was a mess and they didn't even have tickets for half of the orders. Hopefully they can reassess how they approach the morning rush... or the other place opened back up soon.
