Stopped through for 2 dunkachinnos with my better half. The drink were hot and well prepared and the venue was very clean...clean like a surgeons nose bridge before surgery. I try to stay away from the doughnuts although they did look delicious. I had to pass but I would recommend this locale to others and would visit again.

I most of the time stop by at this dunkin donut. They have the fresh donut compare to other donut shops in the area. I highly recomend this place. The location is perfect. Shimmy is very friendly who is store manager. He take cares of his cuatomer with a smile on his face. The staff has smille on their face always.

Out of all the Dunkin's in the Franconia/Springfield/Kingstowne area this location has by far the best service and is usually the least busy location as well. I've started driving a bit out of my way to come here for my coffee and snacks instead.

There was no line on valentines day. There were 3 or 4 tables spaced far apart from each other. All were wearing masks. It felt safe.

Saturday shortly afternoon stopped by for a cup of coffee an avocado toast and a cup of hot tea. A lovely Hispanic lady couldn't be more helpful.

Got into town early this morning and stopped here. I'm so glad I did. The staff was so friendly for 7:30 am. The manager was right there with the staff working just as hard as anyone else. Definitely a great leader and team player player. Everyone seemed happy to be there working. My latte was one of the best I've had that I've bought. My sandwich was perfect too. My daughter enjoyed her donut. Such a great experience this morning. I really appreciate it considering I've been on the road since 5:15 am.

My chocolate kreme was not fresh, hence minus one star. Other than that, this location is practically perfect. No, the employees' English is not the best, but most of the places in the DMV have that issue. The customer service here more than makes up for it, as they are willing to repeat things to make sure they understood. Very good donut selection. Clean store. Kind employees. While there for 20 or so minutes, they sold a boy a dozen donuts, though he was short ten cents and gave a baby a free donut when his mom bought a coffee. I'll be back (but not too often)!

The employees are great, and I've never seen any of them rude to anyone. I go there before work on a regular basis for coffee or to read a book (since they're usually pretty empty).
