Ruby Tuesday

The staff was awesome and place was clean. I had the turkey avacodo burger & salad bar. 10 minutes after leaving, I had to pull my car over and throw up on the side of the road. Everything was coming up. Its sad because its a great location and our server Chelsea was really great. Hopefully they can get the freshness of their food in check.

Been coming to this location since it opened. Doubt I will be back. My margarita came without salt. Mom ordered a second martini and the bartender came over and asked if she could take the dirty glass because they didn't have any clean ones . I ordered a medium rare steak and it came out well done. I didn't complain because I didn't want to wait another 35-40 for another one. We were given free desserts and was not impressed with them. The manager should have comped one of the 6 meals instead. Service and food left a great deal to be delivered. I wish I could give zero stars because they definitely don't deserve one star

Been coming to this location since it opened.. I doubt that I will return. Our food took 38 minutes. There were no more than 20 people in the restaurant. We ordered a second martini and the bartender came to the table and asked if she could take the dirty glaa and make the second martini.. my margarita came without salt. We were given free desserts. Food was OK but the service was terrible. They need to put up help wanted signs. I understand it was the Saturday before Mother's Day but the restaurant wasn't that busy. I think our waiter forgot our appetizers. I saw people that arrived and were seated after us getting theirs. When they finally came out, our entrees were served 2 minutes after.

The server was really nice the food on the other hand was not..I didn't send it back because it wasn't worth the hassle definitely when the server straight out said that there isn't enough help in the kitchen for the demand of guests. My chicken tasted like rubber the bourbon glaze looked like brown water. My son's burger just looked like it was rushed together and the bacon was microwaved.

It is such a shame that the well designed and comfortable restaurant cannot execute lunch for two in a timely fashion. We were seated and our drink orders delivered. We ordered from the lunch special menu. I ordered a garden salad and shrimp and pasta and my friend ordered the vegetable soup and a chicken ranch salad. Fifty minutes later I ask the hostess if there were a problem with our order. She finally checks with our waitress and our meals arrived moments later. The waitress tells me, "I'm sorry, we only have one cook today." Why didn't you communicate that sooner? My shrimp were overspiced and overcooked.

Do you really want my opinion? Here goes. I thought I should of had a little more veggies. The drink we ordered was very watered down. My friend spoke nice to the waitress and she did nothing.. I may be back ,but not for steak. Otherwise the waitress was not freash She had respect. Otherwise food was outstanding. Ok, you asked me.
