Angus Jack

Delicious and VERY filling! The juiciest and most flavorful burger I’ve had in a while. Was my first time here; won’t be the last. The fries were good, piping hot, maybe “too done” for some (at least according to one fellow reviewer), but not at all burnt or anything, still soft for the most part, with some crispy bits here and there. Pretty much perfect, imo. The burger is (was) GIANT and yet thoroughly cooked – perfectly so, actually. I got the standard, which is double; I’ll get a single next time or split one with my wife. It’s way too much for one person (although, you’ll see that I did eat the whole thing myself – yikes)! Be aware that the $8 special doesn’t allow substitutions and apparently comes with normal freezer fries, not these hand-cut beauties. What I ordered (with water) was only a couple dollars more and well worth the price. Anyway, I’m glad I finally them a try after driving past it for like 4 or 5 years! Angus Jack’s is good.

So, I love that Angus Jack's has gluten free burgers, and my experiences at the Bentonville location have been pretty good. Unfortunately, as you can see in the photos, I believe that I may have been served the world's greasiest burger. The pictures really don't even do it justice. It was an absolute mess to eat, and had a funky taste. On the plus side, the young man that waited on me was very cordial. That grease-burger though, ick!

I used to love this place, used to be one of the best burgers around, now they just dont care. This is a photo of their fried mushrooms. Not sure if they are under different ownership but its just not the same place it was when they opened. The food was gross, been this way the past few times I have been there wouldnt suggest it if your thinking about going. I wont be going back.

First time trying this spot this was the Springdale location. fries were good the burger was good juicy not overcooked the only thing was the bun to thick for me and not even toasted or warmed up . I believe if it had a better bun the burger would be great, the bun just killed it for me. Other than that it was good.

I was expecting it to be a bit more of a sit down restaurant. It is however more of a chain type burger place. They weren’t busy when we went, we received our food quickly. The food was way better than we expected. It reminded me of a “grandma burger” from back in my childhood. The onion strings are a must try if you like friend onions.

I wish I could give this place a stellar review. The first visit was great. 2nd visit- cold fries, had to ask for them to remake them. They were huffy. No one comes for cold fries. THIS time, it took 30 minutes for our food to arrive. My burger and the fries were cold. My burger was missing half the ingredients it's supposed to come with. It sat on the line so long the bun was dry and cracking. They re-fired it. It took another 14 minutes for the manager to come and refund my money. She told me they were cooking another burger. 46 minutes after I first order, it FINALLY arrived. Very poor service. Good food when it finally came out.
