Great choices and the the bread is fresh. The footlong is actually only 11 inches long but otherwise the place is alright.

The customer service here sucks. The manager Steven is extremely moody and passive aggressively rude. His demeanor is extremely unfriendly and unwelcoming. From the time you enter the store to the moment you leave and especially while he’s serving you: it’s a very unwelcoming atmosphere there. Because of him specifically they just lost a very loyal customer.

We waited 30 minutes in line, then an additional 20 minutes for them to make four sandwiches. We had to remind them what our order was several times. We got no discount whatsoever or apology for having to wait so long.

I’m not sure how you can get an online order wrong when you are literally reading what the receipt says… this is the second time I’ve gotten the wrong order. The first time was just little things but this time I ordered a spicy Italian and I got a turkey with about half the stuff I wanted on my original sandwich. I don't like to complain as I myself work in food service but this is ridiculous. It wasn’t even busy, there was one person there from the time I placed my order to the time I went in and got it.

When you have to wait 30 minutes in line it’s not fast food anymore. Only one employee and plenty of customers, what are they doing at this location? It’s ridiculous! It would’ve been faster to order delivery from a real restaurant.

Employee with gold chain and watch was high, not talking just staring waiting for us to initiate the order. No welcome didn't know what ranch was put Caesar dressing. Ridiculously annoying don't come to work high

Employee wearing apple head phones while taking orders, seemed to be talking on the phone & poor customer in front of me had to greet the employee first because he wasn’t saying anything or looking up for eye contact. Extremely poor customer service at this location and seems to be getting worse every time I visit. Employee did not seem to want to be there and was extremely rude, I feel like if you say something he’d get hostile.
