Pizza Hut

The manager Taylor was a pleasure to speak to. I had a pizza that was prepared incorrectly. Upon reaching out to her, she immediately had another pizza delivered within 20 mins time. There are other pizza places around but none of them can compare to the quickness and quality of the product that comes from this store. I want to thank Taylor for her expedient attention to her customers. People like her is how you obtain repeat business.

I honesty have avoided this location for several years due to poor and slow service. I decided to roll the dice the other day and was very surprised. Not only was I greeted (which has never happened before), but my order was actually ready and pretty good. The friendly older black lady working completely changed my experience. While I am still leary bout this PH delivering my food in a timely manner, my carry out experience has brought back another customer.

I had a great experience here today. I ordered food online and paid online. When l arrived at the store, my family wanted me to order a pepperoni pizza. The manager was working hard and took excellent care of me and my orders. She was transparent regarding the time frame, which was not long, and besides the order being accurate, hot, fresh, and delicious, the manger treated me like family. Now this is serving the community!

I use to frequent another location closer to my home (25701 Interstate 45 N, The Woodlands, TX 77380) however after they made my pizza incorrectly and made me pay for the next one at full price minus $5, I quickly decided to go to another location that wasn't owned by the same person(s). After finding out that this location wasn't and explaining to Chris why I was asking. He kindly fixed the other locations problem even though I was willing to pay for my pizza at this location. He went out of his way to brighten my day after I had worked a 12 hour shift and was visibly frustrated by the other location's manager. He was not only very attentive but he was very patient he truly showed what it meant to provide great customer service. He demonstrated the professionalism that no one at the other location did and I will only be going to this location now.
