My experience at this Starbucks on Kirkendall in Spring Texas, with a young lady, by the name of Tara was excellent. I will continue to come to this place great customer service. Thank you once again for making this a sweet experience!!!

We accidentally placed our mobile ordered at wrong location. The baristas overheard our conversation about getting a refund, and they made sure to take care of it. They remade our order and didn't charge us knowing we had already paid. Thank you, Pam, for taking care of us! It was a better start a very stressful couple of days.

My son and I ordered the Impossible Breakfast Sandwich. He ordered a mango dragon fruit refresher, and I ordered a coffee from TikTok that was 80 calories. The Absolute Best!!

Justice is an amazing woman! I had someone following my car after they had been chasing other people as well but when they started following me, I pulled into the drive thru here and waited hoping the man would just go away. He ended up getting out of his truck and tried to open my car door but Justice and the lady in the car in front of me helped me out of that situation. I had started to blare my horn hoping he would walk away but he didn’t. I am so glad that Justice was there that day because she was able to get him to go away and yelled at him until he did. She was so kind and caring and very brave to take on someone like that. THANK YOU JUSTICE! GIVE HER A RAISEEEEEEE!
