Cicis Pizza

My family and I are regular customer of this particular Cicis pizza, there are a few different locations in our surrounding area but we always go out of our way to go to this one. The manager Eli is extremely friendly and inviting, he has been greeting me at this location for about as long as I can remember. In an industry like the food industry there are not many people that take their jobs seriously but Eli does so, and always makes sure to go above and beyond for every customer in the store. When Eli is there you know that every single pizza on the line will be fresh. From my time going to this location I always see Eli doing as much as he possibly can, while attending to the customers that come to the register, making sure the environment is clean and tidy, maintain exceptional hospitality, and making the best pizzas this franchise has to offer he still manages to be attentive to your every need. There are a few new employees at this location but Steve has stood out as the most exemplary, he is very attentive and is a quick learner that has only boosted the merit of this store and as well as Eli it is always a pleasure to be greeted by their smiling faces when walking into this establishment. Overall in my opinion this is the best Cicis pizza around and I will continue being loyal customer at this location. And for anyone wondering yes I do take Cicis this seriously.

Ian, thank you SO much for a WONDERFUL experience! I had taken my fiancé here (he’s from Canada and has never been to a Cicis. We walk in and our timing was perfect! Everything was out and fresh. Ian had the kindest smile and asked if there was anything else he would have it out in five minutes. We got our taco pizza in five minutes! I don’t know why the reviews are so bad. As a professional and owning my own company, I would HIGHLY advise to put this man in charge to bump those reviews back where they belong. Thank you Ian ❤️

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION. I’m the mother to a 5yo nonverbal pizza. Today was his first visit (and mine in decades). Upon arrival he didn’t want to stay (there were a lot of people and it was a new place) We were welcomed by Elias and my son was starting to have a meltdown because he’s never done well in a restaurant. Elisa’s was very patient and kind and understanding of my son and his unavailability to express his feelings. I asked if I could show my son the restaurant before making a final decision to stay and the whole time he never made me feel as if my son were causing any kind of issues by doing so. Once my son decided to stay, while dad was paying, he said he noticed my son had a lightning McQueen car in his hand (which is 100% his comfort item) and offered to put the cars movie on for him. I will say in the 5 years of my sons life this is THE BEST EXPERIENCE, and the best example of patience, acceptance, and kindness we have ever received from anyone. Elias is the reason I’m writing this review, he went above and beyond to make my sons first time THE BEST TIME! Thank Elias! I have a feeling we will be back for more pizza!!

Nothing quite like loading up on my favorite buffalo pizza. This place is not the cleanest but its a good place to fill up with pizza. Honestly not impressed with how the cinnamon rolls were and extra not impressed with the pumpkin spice ones. But I give 5 stars because I know why I go there =BUFFALO CHICKEN PIZZA! Also had a nice arcade area, would be a great place for kids if you don't mind giving them money for the games.

I hadn’t been in a while. Came on a Sunday evening. It was not crowded, but there were enough tables to keep everything moving. The place was clean, including the restroom. They had a good variety of fresh pizza and the cinnamon rolls were great (even the new pumpkin ones). The staff was friendly and acknowledged us coming in and leaving. I also saw them quickly make an odd specialty pizza on request. Didn’t play any games, but everything looked in order and I saw a family win a few prizes from the duck claw machine (they even have a card based pay system for the arcade so you don’t have to have cash).
