Little Caesars

My wife showed up today just before 600pm. It was busy. She ordered a STUFFED CRUST PEPP AND SAUSAGE pizza AND A THIN CRUST PEPP PIZZA and one order crazy bed. See photos below. We paid for stuff crust and didn’t stuffed crust. It was $22.52 for the food. It’s BUSH that you pay for something and don’t get it. This location can never get it right. They always seem short staffed and can’t seem to make the pizza they way it is ordered and listed on the receipt. I would NOT RECOMMEND EVER GOING HERE. You will be disappointed.

This little caesars has awful staffing. People are working in crocs with no socks. They constantly mess up your order and they don't know how to manage time properly. There was a 96 pizza order ahead of mine and instead of weaving small orders in between the large order they did the large order first and then the small orders. There must have been 7 people waiting on their small orders by the time the 96 pizza order was filled. They had to remake my olive pizza because they gave me an olive and pep pizza. Just look at the remake!!!

This past Saturday I ordered one Detroit style pizza. It was without a doubt the WORST pizza of my life. In the pizza box there were two clumps of cooked pizza dough with cheese and pizza toppings on top of it. No attempt was made to flatten the pizza dough. No attempt was made to form a rectangular shape of a traditional Detroit style pizza. The actions of the employee making this were clearly deliberate. Somebody should be fired over this. But having just seen other reviews for this establishment, I doubt any action would be taken.

I can’t complain about their pizza, I get what I pay for but dang! These peoples attitude are the worst. One of the guys working in sleepers? Customers trying to order and their annoyed face. Really guys? If we are getting our pizzas +20min after YOUR time at least you could give us a smile and positive attitude.

No hot and ready pizza. Crazy busy but only running one of three ovens. People will get huge orders like 70 pizzas and it clogs everything up. I hear the employees complaining that this happens every weekend. I have never seen a place that clearly needs more employees, imagine how much more business they could get if they kept up with demand. There are 5 people waiting over 40 min for a regular pizza. Never coming back.
