Nice place to have a happy hour. Especially if you get there for their happy hour specials. You can have great draft as cheap as five dollars (if I'm remembering well).

Great Craft Beer bar. 60 beers on draft plus more. Our bartender Chris was so knowledgeable and helpful with our beer selections. Made sure we were going to be happy with our choices. Highly recommend.

It's a large gastropub and bottle shop with an amazing selection of beers. Great menu with a delicious hot chicken sandwich. Staff and service are outstanding as well.

Great people, beer/wine & food, no spot like it in Spring. Thistle always has something going on; Trivia night, musical bingo, yoga… They’re involved with the community and are entirely local. If you haven’t been, you’re missing out.

I ordered the Nashville Chicken Sandwich with Truffle fries. One of the best executions of this sandwich and fry combo that I can remember.
This place is a solid choice for a great sandwich and fries. Great beer selection of drafts that are hard to find. They have a beer fridge with high end bottles and cans for people looking for something off the beaten path.
This is a great place to get a beer and a bar / pub meal.

Legit one of the best bars in town. All the bartenders are always super helpful. Lane always has the best recommendations. Food is incredible cant go wrong. Love coming here to read.

I met the owner of Thistle at an event and was intrigued by her story. I had lunch with a former work colleague here and I really enjoyed the environment and the food. I had the grilled cheese sandwich with truffle fries and both were very good.

Absolutely love this place. Great beer selection on tap, and even more in cans and bottles. The kitchen is excellent. Unique menu. The beertenders know their stuff and are super friendly and attentive.
