I’ve been here before at the old location some years ago. I made the mistake of ordering pickup through Door Dash and Q-sho never got the order, now with all that being said the customer service was great, these people not only took my order but they didn’t charge me for the mistake on door dash, it didn’t don on me until later that my meal was completely free and they could’ve charged me. With that out the way, I had to get reacclimatized so I got the sampler plate + some Kimchi fries with brisket. I got it all to go and it was all good, so the next time I visit I have to show love! The food was great and I will be back with friends

Had an amazing lunch at Q-Shi BBQ & Sushi A friend and I went on a culinary adventure today and sampled several dishes My server Kael was polite punctual accurate with my complicated order very friendly and wonderful. His trainer and the owner of the restaurant also each took the time to come speak with us. The owner gave me her card and was a warm and wonderful10/10 Check the menu for full descriptions of the menu but here's what I remember We started with Brisket Eggrolls (not pictured) they were light and crispy and smokey. Served with a bow sauce. Then we had the Naruto roll . The circular lollipop looking sushi was brisket salmon cucumber and crab . The crab was prepared in a way that it added a nice hint without overwhelming. The salmon was fresh, the brisket soft and juicy and the cucumber added nice texture and flavor The Olivia roll was tempura battered and a nice mouthful. The jalapeño inside was just a hint of heat but it was served with two sauces you could use to alter the heat. The Philadelphia roll was classic and fresh. I ate some before photographing The BBQ burger was a nice sized patty (the picture doesn't do it justice I accidentally broke a piece of beef off prior to the photo) I think it was ground beef and brisket. I added a fried egg and was so disappointed when I realized I had forgotten to specify I wanted a runny egg ( I asked them to fry me a runny one after it was served and they happily obliged and the kitchen delivered quickly) . Even the bun was special. It was light fluffy and pillowy . The fries were nice and crispy on the outside soft in the middle The brisket fried rice was interesting and smokey. It is cooked in a way that it's a bit more caramelized and crispy with the beef spread throughout. All the food was amazing. The service was top notch. I paid $73 so it wasn't the cheapest but you could tell you were paying for a menu that was created with love, creativity, passion and good taste cooked by well trained chefs. Fresh ingredients. Very clean, lots of sanitizer available. Try them out and give them a chance. I like many others thought they had closed and had been unimpressed previously but dang I'm so thrilled I went back .... Next time I'm bringing more friends so we can get a bigger variety to try next time ;) Try them and let me know what gems you find

My hubby loved This place, because the chef came over and figured out something for him. His no diary, beef, no soy and butter allergies is hard in Texas but he Made it happen. I got the Triple d platter and it was a lot of food!! But awesome food. I did not leave hungry. Great unique food flavor.. yumm yummm yummm. My hubby got a bowl - sorry I forgot the name … but he raved about it. I Would eat there again

This place is our new favorite! From the moment you walk in and see the clean, fresh smelling dining area, to the first interaction with friendly staff, it just keeps getting better. The appetizers: Kimchi Fries and dumplings, both fried and steamed were delicious. Adult beverages were on point and reasonable priced. When it came to the menu and selection of sushi rolls the unique selections were endless, many with crab, crawfish, shrimp and the best brisket ever. If you aren't sure about brisket and sushi, trust when I say it was insanely awesome!! We had a Fire and Ice, Q-3 and the spicy Mary rolls each came to the table like a work or art, visually appetizing and did not disappoint! The food was incredible and so was Karma, the friendliest and most personable owner, we've ever had the pleasure of meeting! Kristi our server was so welcoming and attentive.. and makes a badass Lemon drop! After enjoying dinner, we meet some regular patrons in the bar area and stayed socializing till close, at which time we got to meet the kitchen staff who designed these incredible dishes. Everyone was so outgoing, we left vowing to return and excited to see our new family again.

I was worried after reading other reviews. We ordered the Diners Drive-In & Dives Sampler Platter. The BBQ Kimche French Fries are fabulous. THE Korean BBQ Egg Rolls are divine. We also got the Bang Bang Chicken. We heard people ordering BBQ Kimche Rice and various sushi rolls. Can't wait to try those.
