Ruby Tuesday

I have to give it 4 stars here is why. Service: Was excellent thanks to Chantrell. If you ever eat here ask for Chantrell she will take wondrous care of you. 💫 Cleanliness: Ruby Tuesday was in great shape. Gloves were needed at the salad bar, and everything was clean when we walked in. 💫 Food: I ordered the New Orleans Seafood platter, WHO DAT! The tender blackened tilapia was topped with creamy sauteed shrimp. Nice New Orleans flavor to boot. The deliciousness was sided with fluffy rice and grilled zucchini. I prefer grilled shrimp more than sauteed because it adds another dimension of flavor and texture. 💫 Overall the prices were as expected, service time was normal and Chantrell helped us save some money. 💫 They can get a fifth star if the service continues to be excellent when I return.

I had hope that it would be decent. I saw a promotion in my email and had never been, so decided to try it. I was very disappointed. When I first walked in I was confused as to why they were so empty but after my experience I understand. It was my first and last time dining at this establishment. My family will not return. We received burnt appetizers after we had finished our meals, I had to actually walk it up after waiting on a server as they were all just standing together talking and laughing. There was some debris that I don’t want to know what it was. We pulled hair off two items. I was kind of just sad by the entire experience seeing the industry go down like this more and more. I still left a tip because maybe they are going through something but I see why all these restaurants are closing down. I wish them the best of luck and hope one day they can fix the issues because it has a lot of potential.

Fantastic service, the waitress was phenomenal. Had the refills coming, very attentive and friendly. Kept us up to date on our food wait. You can obviously tell she enjoyed what she did. You don't see that very often nowadays. The food was good, my son's got the typical food, Cheeseburgers and salad bar. I only ordered the salad bar. My one complaint was that the salad bar plates were warm, they should be chilled. And the salad bar needed some attention. The dressing was room temperature. I ordered cheesecake and it was served on a hot plate. The restrooms were very clean and well stocked with soap and paper towels.

I ordered wings from them three times and the first two times great no problem. The third time however they tried to play me. I ordered buffalo hot wings with a extra cup of buffalo sauce but instead I got a slightly sweet tasting batch of wings barely with any sauce like I honestly thought they gave me plain wings at first with a side of TX Pete hot sauce not. The last two times before that I bragged about their wings and really enjoyed them. This is what I got. Oh so when I went back to ask about their mistake the bar tender told me that they always look like that and that they were definitely buffalo hot wings and that wasn't TX Pete hot sauce even though I told he I tasted it myself. SMH I was very disappointed in this place and the service I received. I don't know if I'll go back honestly!!

Salad bar open, use gloves provided at bar. Tasty! Ordered baked potato with some veggies incl steamed broccoli, zucchini and baby bella mushrooms (oil and garlic pieces) Mango tea and peach tea. Peach was rather on the sweet side but mango was just right. Great service and manager stopped by to check on us. Bar is 9.99 but with some veggies was total of 12.99/ person + drink. Will return!! Military discount 👍

This was not the best experience. I understand there is a staffing issue going on but when you have an expectation to eat somewhere with family you should feel welcomed. The food was rushed and not enjoyable. While the tenders where over cooked the fries where under cooked. I would recommend this location because it is a nice atmosphere but the food orders I would be weary of.

Ruby Tuesday, well well well, I kinda see why I haven't been by in a few years. The food quality and service has not changed much. It is still just okay. I set up a reservation as there was going to be six of us and it was lunch time. We arrived and we were sat immediately. The time factor became slower and slower as our waitress frequently disappeared and we had to seek help from other staff to help us. We ordered our food and drinks together and it took over 40 minutes to get them despite it actually just being five of us. There were not many other people in the restaurant, so we couldn't understand why we were ignores. Well, when we finally got our drinks one of my coworkers had a cracked glass and finally was able to get a new one more than 20 minutes later. Our food didn't come until after 1pm despite ordering at 12:20, we were patient, but the time was a bit factor with having enough staff and little to no customers. The food was just okay, but a little too salty and not enough real flavor and spice. The double broccoli was probably the best part. I could tell it was fresh and was pretty delicious. Overall it was okay, not sure I would return or recommend due to the lack luster service and time factor.
