Burger King

Stopped today after soccer at park to get lunch. It was around 1:30. We ordered our food and a diet coke and a coffee. Got to the window and was told that they were not selling coffee now. I asked if the coffee maker was broken and the young man said no it just wasn't on. It was very windy and I was looking forward to a good cup of coffee. Will not be going back this location.

I had went through the drive-thru earlier this afternoon and had ordered a whopper and bacon king and some sides and had checked the bag and believed I had everything. When I had gotten home I had realized I didn’t have one of my burgers and my bacon king was made wrong. I had called the store and explain what had happened and spoken to Elijah and he had told me that I could come back for an entire remake with no charge. I had driven back to the store, they were only open for another 30 or so minutes left. I really appreciate how sweet and understanding Elijah was with me and my fiancée about what had happened. He made sure that we were comfortable and had offered drinks when we gotten there and were waiting for the remake even though we didn’t order any. His customer service is amazing and as someone that has also previously worked in the food industry, I know how hard it can really be sometimes. I also really appreciate how he kept his cool the entire time and really made sure that we were comfortable even though there was a mixup. I hope he understands how much I really appreciate him and how he does his job!

Save yourself time & money, go elsewhere. absolutely disgusting management. we ordered through door dash & got a whopper meal with a shake, a chicken sandwich, and mozzarella sticks. instead of mozz sticks, we got jalapeño poppers, there was no shake, the fries were rock hard, and there was no chicken sandwich. i called SEVEN TIMES before someone picked up the phone which is amazing customer service obviously, and when they answered i was met with rudeness and no accountability. they told me the shake machine was down (which apparently excuses their actions) and never even mentioned the rest. they told us to call doordash as if they packed the order. 0/10 GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

My wife and I went to your store yesterday to get lunch. I had been seeing adds for 2 for5$ whoppers but after a while the girl finally decided to help me she said they were not on sale anymore. She could have offered some of the other specials we saw on the front of the store when we drove around to leave. But the strange thing was as soon as I walked out the door she walked behind me and locked it

Ok I'm giving this a 4 star for now but what is wrong with these co workers? I come in the drive thru and the attendant sounds unhappy as all get out and 2nd why don't you use both drive ins, you had them built for a reason yes so help ease up congestion especially during the lunch rush. Mngrs please do something with your depressed co workers and talk some encouragement to them. One more thing you got 2 serving windows one to take the money one to give the food. Utilize these please. No reason why we should wait extra mins to get food.
