I had troubles signing up on my phone. After calling the number the owner actually came by my home and spent 15 min trying to figure out the issues. Great customer service... my order was delivered promptly by the OWNER and we are working together to fix the issue! ! Absolutely unheard of in customer service today. I am extremely happy to have had this experience with KEEP IT LOCAL!!! Thank you so much for your hard work and tenacity ! I will definitely be using you in the future!

I use them from time to time and today when they delivered my food they had kids run through my yard and it made my dogs bark like nuts and I work from home. I have a specific note on my account that says not to knock on the door or ring the bell as I work and am always on the phone and I don’t want my dogs to bark loud. And today they turned their SUV around in my driveway and they went through my grass and I saw the whole thing happen in real time. They left huge tire marks in my yard . I called and asked the to call me back immediately and they never did. I texted them, no response . They have been good in the past but now it takes longer and longer to get good, it always is cold and mushy lately, and they have no respect for personal property or privacy

The star review I'm giving is a review I was given from my hairdresser in 2017. She raved about your service. That very same week I looked up your servicr. Our small city doesn't have many restaurants that deliver (except the usual pizza of course). So I was excited hearing about you. I've been unable to connect with you however. You have all my info..my name, address, ph # and email. But I've been unable to log onto your website. I've become frustrated in trying...changing my password several times. Then receiving the same message that someone with my information is already a member. So I'm asking you to delete my information. Maybe my husband or I can try your servicr again in the near future. We enjoy eating dining out (at home) very much as we've gotten older. Thank you!

We love keep it local! The delivery fee is significantly higher than their competitors, BUT you get what you pay for with delivery services. KIL has gone out of their way to make things right when an order is incomplete, damaged or wrong. The competitors take days to get back to you and just don't care when/if they do respond. The drivers for KIL are amazing, and so are the owners (who have personally reached out to apologize, and drove to our house same day to make things right.)

Worst service ever! Ordered our food, took almost an hour (which I understand on a Friday) but when we got our food, it was wrong. We didn’t get our full order and the order was wrong. When we called to get see what was wrong they hung up on us. They said they would get our order right, well it took almost an hour to get our “replacement food”. WORST SERVICE EVER! use delivery dudes or go get it yourself
