Today I couldn’t really give a one star . There’s to many kids there working with out an adult . The order was wrong the food was cooked in bad old grease . Then they for got some of the order had to go back . Usually they are the best but the salads have gotten really small
For the price . To many more of these days they will be out of business .

Zaxbys is usually really good food but this location really stands apart from the others. It's always very clean and great for dining in and the service is way above and beyond. Probably legit the best zaxbys I've ever been to. Would go out of my way to go to this one above others.

Salad had much less tomato, cucumbers, cheese and fried onions. Prices have increased but food not as good. Cannot go in to get orders.

I always go through the drive through and busy or not they some how get my order wrong. Example if you ask for your side to be a large they will charge you but never upgrade you.

Consistently good and fast. Staff are friendly. Sometimes they go a little light on the fries but otherwise it’s always top tier.

This location isn't very professional. There was about 4 visible people on the front line and about 4-5 on the cooks line. Of the total 8-9 people, only 2 seemed to know what customer service and professionalism means. A lady actually had to tell a voworkwr to at least look like they're working. 1 guys was using a toothpick on the line. Idk what the rule for hair are in the food industry but I don't feel comfortable eating where hair is openly exposed to food. Needless to say I did not order and left.

Their dinning room is never open! Had to go thru the drive thru, and was missing half my items. The boneless wings I did get were cold…. I will not come back

Well. We placed an order at the drive thru at 8:55pm. Their app shows they are open till 10:00pm.
After an extended wait they gave our food to the car in front of us.
THEN offered us two gift cards because they said they were OUT OF FINGERS.
THIS PLACE IS GOING TO THE DOGS.
THEY ARE BECOMING AS PATHETIC AS THEIR STORE IN ANTIOCH.
