It was like most Wendy's but due to COVID you must remember to order specifically all the way down to salt and pepper.

Around 10 PM we had placed a mobile order and Was told no mobile orders, especially 40 dollar ones. If you don't want to take online orders then turn off online ordering. I work in foodservice and I take food orders as late as we go sometimes after. When we finally retrieved our order. The spicy chicken was dry and so was the nuggets. Has foodservice come to this point where we lost our integrity for our customers?

All the food was cold and soggy, cheese dried on patty like it has been made long before we ordered. This is our third time trying this Wendys and our third time being disappointed. Leaving a review because the third time is a charm. Id rather drive twice the distance to get to our usual Wendys in Hudson before moving to Spring Hill. 10/10 do not recommend.

Just like any other Wendy's. They have baked potatoes and frosty's. So all is good at Wendy's.

I don't understand. So many businesses want us back, but they don't act like it. Poor service, limited menu and lack of quality does not say "Welcome Back". Why do we put the fries in the bag then place the bag aside waiting on the sandwiches. Here is a tip, when we order fries guess what we want? HOT SALTY FRIES!! What about a Pretzel Pub Cheeseburger? A PRETZEL BUN?!?!?! How about here is your bag, here are your 3 drinks oozing out the top and your 1 person. How about a carrier. I also didn't ask for straws and guess what, thats what I got. I watched the girl who was doing the fries carefully fill the box then shake the box so some will fall out, don't want ti give too many, covid. I also seen her make a large fry, one was hanging so she used her fingers to gently put it in the box so it stands nice and straight then dump them out on a platter so cheese can be added🤯. Come back soon because the not full fries are not hot and we gave you want we wanted.

The food is always fresh BUT every visit i order the same order a. #1 single with NO CHEESE medium size with a coke. EVERY TIME THEY PUT CHEESE ON THE BURGER. EVERY TIME.... SO now i have to sit at the window open the burger and check it. It's not that big of a deal. BUT COME ON. EVERY DAMB TIME. COME ON PEOPLE GET IT TOGETHER.

Best Wendy's in Brooksville or Spring Hill! I've been through here numerous times and at least 3 times they've said when getting to the window, don't worry, this is on us! Different staff each time!

I dislike leaving negative reviews, but in the interests of honest, I feel I must.
I ate here tonight and was disappointed by most aspects of the experience.
The restaurant was not busy and no one was at the cash register when we entered. So, my wife and I started ordering on the self serve kiosk. What we did not know is the touch screen kiosk was located directly in front of the only open register.
As luck would have it, as soon as we start ordering another customer enters and the cashier appears to take his order. So there we are jammed together trying to occupy the same space.
I'm not freaked out by COVID, but this situation put us in each other's personal spaces in the pre-rona virus days. With the social distancing of today, it was waaay out of line.
Nevertheless, we finished our order but then had to wait for the cashier anyway to get our drink cups.
And speaking of drinks, we each ordered a soda. When we went to the self-serve area, it was then we discovered than many of the beverages (like Coca Cola and all of its side flavors) were unavailable. Several of the drink flavorings were also not available.
After getting our drinks, we were treated to an argument (mostly cordial) between the cashier and another customer. It seems the cashier shorted the guy and the cashier had no way to compute how much money he was owed. The only thing she said is "I'm not good at math" as if that is an excuse for not getting him the correct change initially or when the problem was pointed out. A manager and five more minutes eventually straightened that disturbance out.
Once we did get our food, my wife's order was wrong. No big surprise as we can't go to Wendy's without an error in someone's order.
Also, they seemed to be rationing the ketchup as they didn't give us any initially and didn't give us very much when asked.
Though, the ketchup did little to cover the blandness of the fries. They were warmish but tasted like they had been sitting out for a long time. Both of our sandwiches shared a similar poor taste.
The upside to the store is the manager was friendly and the dining area was very clean. So points for that.
Overall, Wendy's has been going downhill for years now. This restaurant seemed to be another example of that trend.
I hope they pull out of the funk. Their social media team is on fire, but the product being delivered is dull and tasteless.
