Mcdonald's

Every time I come here it’s a mess. Today every table was dirty when I came in. I asked as I have many times for no onions and still my food had onions. I was also the only person in line and waited almost ten minutes without as much as a hello welcome from anyone. The one guy even looked like a higher up employee and didn’t greet us. The only member that was helpful was a young girl by the name of Denay. The manager on duty was horrible and I feel like maybe denay should take the managers position, denay communicated with the guests unlike her higher up. The manager has short hair shorter than shoulder length and brown was her hair color. But everytime I come here I have an issue with onions on my orders. Get it together McDonalds. Start taking food allergies more serious! So thank you to denay ! She made me feel like she truly acknowledged my needs. To the rest of the staff, fire them all and start over because they’re useless! Took a few photos of all the dirty tables. To be clear every single table in the dinning area was nasty .

No one expects much from McDonald's, or the staff for that matter....but dang. This location is terrible, like laughably bad. Normally I wouldn't even leave a review for a fast food restaurant, but do yourself a favor and go to a different location. The one on Mariner and County Line is usually much better.

If I could I would rate a zero. They keep messing up my Uber eats order. 4 times in a row we have been missing something. If not a coffee, a soda, this time was all the Fries for meals, 4 of them! Someone needs to make sure orders are going out correctly. I just called and worker stated she didn't even see my order, when we clearly ordered from their.

Every time I have been here my food has been done wrong. Even when I make sure to repeat myself multiple times. They even refused to throw away the wrong food and made me pull up to turn around and get out of the vehicle to throw away THEIR mistake. You would think at some point this would be corrected but apparently corporate likes throwing away money.
