Taco Time

My family and I went there for dinner last night and the lobby was closed and it was 6:40 in the evening, they were very rude to us when we were trying to read the menu through the Windows before we went to the drive-thru. We got our food and went to a park that is less than 5 minutes away and our food was cold. The tater tots were atrocious and like I said just cold. The quality of their service and food was absolutely disgusting. I work very close to this location and because of this experience I will absolutely never be going back. I usually love Taco Time but we paid money for food that was barely edible and I am extremely unhappy with this location and like I said won't be going back again

I pull up to the drive thru and am asked to wait. After waiting for 4 minutes at the drive thru to place my order I order 2 soft tacos and 1 crisp meat burrito. I wait for the 2 cars ahead of me and then I get to the window. An astonishing 15 minutes later, I am still waiting. I know my order should have been ready, I was informed they needed to make more meat. I was informed that there was enough meat for 1 of the soft tacos. I then asked if I could get a refund for the one soft taco... "no, the person who does single item refunds is not in" I asked what my options were ... "you can wait or we can refund the whole order". I counter with "...or you can refund my first order and ring up one soft taco and one crisp meat." 3 minutes later I am given a less than crisp meat burrito and a soft taco. I love Taco Time, I do. But this visit was NOT a win. I do not know if I was refunded or charged twice or anything, as I was never given (or asked if I wanted) a receipt for my credit card transaction 🤔

What in the world happened?! Tacotime used to be be pretty legit, coming from the Seattle area its like night and day, after visiting a couple locations here in Spokane I'm appalled at the food quality. Might wanna call over to the west Seattle restaurant and get some tips. On the flip side staff were super nice, and they appeared to be enjoying their work. Just gotta bring up the quality, otherwise Taco bell has ya beat.

First time visiting, they seemed short staffed and struggling with a few online orders. It was 5pm and no indoor dining. They locked the door behind me when I left as well. Food quality was ok but there was no consistency to the wrapping and no labeling. Had to cut open everyone's burritos and soft tacos to figure out what it was. They would do the Millwood area a favor closing this place down and replacing with a Taco Bell. Not going to Taco Time again.

Only had one person in front of me in the drive thru, and yet sat behind him for a solid 5 min after ordering, went inside to get order because thinking drive thru was for fast service was not, crisp bean burrito was just coming out of fryer, so hot and fresh, however mexi fries were practically cold as ice, and after witnessing how slow they were moving I can see why it took forever! Not going back there again!

They refused to make the breakfrast burritos I wanted. The manager said they didn't have the ingredients. Then he said he could make 3 but it wouldn't be the full size. He said I still had to pay full price. Then he said he would make the ingredients but I had to wait 10 minutes. Then he said he could only make 2 burritos. When I asked to speak to the manager, he said no.
