Little Caesars

Very rude employees. I was told it would be a ten minute wait. It ended up being over 30 minutes. Sent my husband in to check. They said my order wasn’t processed and would have to wait another ten minutes. People who ordered ten minutes after me got their food. They were very rude when he asked for his money back. The employees were just standing around doing nothing. Two employees just sitting in their car eating their pizza and one sitting on his phone in the front lobby. Nobody wanted to help except one nice young boy. The pizza was burnt, hard and cold.

It took longer than the estimated time it showed online, which was ok but strange since it was 1 cheese pizza. I missed it when I drove by because it's on the inside corner of a building with other businesses & I couldn't see it. The pizza was the strangest crust ever. It was not suppose to be a thin crust but it sort of looked like that with rough random edges. The pizza was also not well cut. Small & big pieces & not all the way through on a few of them. They were friendly enough to me but I just went through the drive through. It still tastes fine & I got my dressing that I asked for. It was ok.

Brother was craving a hot extra mostest bestest. When we got our order it looked a little dried out from over sitting down awhile since it was later in the evening. When we brought it up and asked to get a more fresh one the dude didn’t fuss or grovel. Instead he just said no problem and came out to the front with a steamy hot greasy EMB and an extra side of garlic bread as a kind gesture. Much respect and gratitude to that guy. Awesome employee that implored me to give a shout out to the employee and this store. Appreciate y’all!

Soooo we were supposed to get the Extra-Most-Bestest and we instead got an Extra-Small-Normal. I was expecting the extra cheese and pepperoni that the Extra-Most-Bestest is known for, and this is literally a regular pizza. It's also the smallest pizza from this company I've ever seen. Soooo I guess I just donated an extra dollar to little Caesars and bought a normal pizza? Update: don’t forget that you can come here for some nice bread mash (see pictures)
