Cubby's

One of the best hamburgers I have had In a reasturant. The meat and cheese was balanced with veggies and the bread had a smooth consistency which didn't overwhelm the burger. I had the dragonslayer and the bender bowl and rosemary fries. It was more than a meal and i had leftovers. The salad was also balanced visually and with flavors and textures. The vegetables were fresh, rice was nice and just a bit chewy, not soft or hard. Everything went together well, felt nutritious and filling.

Noticed the Wild Rice Kale Salad with Chicken on the menu for Cubby's north of American Fork, and it sounded so good! But we had already passed it. Then Maps showed us another Cubby's farther along our southbound way, and here we are! The salad is excellent, and my spouse got a meaty "big dog" sized tri-tip steak sandwich with a great sweet BBQ sauce. The salad was moist enough with apple bits and cranraisins that it fortunately didn't need the cilantro vinaigrette dressing served with it. We'll definitely be looking for other Cubby's restaurants as we travel this summer!

We love Cubby’s! It reminds us of the Jazz games we would attend as this was our eating spot at Vivint arena. The Buffalo blu cheese fries are my favorite but you can’t go wrong with any option. For healthy eaters salad options are available, and for meat eaters enjoy many different options! Love eating at Cubby’s and plan on going back again soon.
