Arby's

Great service, friendly staff, love the decor that incorporates wood features and the dining room is spacious. I enjoyed my beef and cheddar sandwich meal. Big self-service drink selection . Clean dining room . One star off for not having the condiment, utensil, and napkin station fully stocked. Not sure if this was an oversight or as directed by management.

Amazed by the young man working the register, taking our order. Haven't seen customer service like that for many years. He was very respectful and willing to perform his job title unlike many people these days. His parents raised him well ❤️. He is definitely going places in his life, Arby's will lose a good employee when he's ready to move on. I didn't catch your name but I really appreciate your kindness sir and you need a raise. Wish I could of tipped more and I hope more will people notice you as well.

Dine-in was open (the only place here other than Starbucks). I don't do drive-thru's. I want to dine in, use the restroom, and relax when I eat. Not sit in my cold or hot car. In-store order guy got my order wrong. I ordered a French Dip meal and got the Gyro meal. They made it right. Do ask for your sauce(s) as the pumps are very limited. Yes, I will come here again, but I'll be more knowledgeable next time.

This Arby's is absolutely the worse in customer service. I had a situation where they messed up my order and I just came in with the receipt. The manger basically called me a liar, then asked for the food that was thrown out in the order a few days ago. If you do go here always check your food and avoid Blanca she's the worst manager I know. Update the corporate office roughly a month ago said they would send out "make it right" cards haven't received anything from them yet. So not only is this location a waste of time but Arby's corp. Is as well poor poopy Customer service on both ends

If you are having a had day don't work front counter, Waited ✋️ 15 mins to be acknowledged Was looked at 8 times and was still 🙁 Not welcomed Not we will be right with you sorry for the wait. I understand short staffed , I understand busy, it take 1 second to greet somone to let them know you saw them. worst part is spoke with the supervisor and the girl walked up, cause she know she messed up, and then rolled her eyes and started mumbling underneath her mouth. Is this how you want your brand or company to look like, Please fix it once, you have ,I will patron this location again if not. I will drive 30 mins to the other one.
