Zingarella

I went there on a week night about an hour after they opened. They had no staff but understandable with what's going on out there today. Pizza came out and had absolutely no taste to it ( sausage and onion). Finally the bartender showed up for work (young female) and she started drinking behind the bar. When I asked for a refill on my club soda I was grilled why I wasn't drinking alcohol, and why I was drinking water. I asked for my bill and she gave it to me. Despite all the issues I still gave a 20% tip, leaving $10. Several days later I checked my credit card statement online and the girl gave herself a $15 tip. Have been there several times and things only dive bombing there. Would Never recommend this place..

As soon as we walked in the waitresses were delightful to deal with. They sat us quickly even without having reservations. I'm gluten intolerant and on keto and they were quick to offer some great suggestions. I had the onion soup with no crouton and it was amazing. I had the baked haddock with double vegetables so low carbs. It was absolutely delicious. Throughout the whole meal they were quite attentive, filling our waters, asking if they wanted anything else- without being overly intrusive. Highly recommend going here.

I’m honestly pretty upset with the customer service. We came and sat down but it’s like all the waiters and waitresses were debating who was gonna help us. They gave us water and after about 15 minutes someone finally decided to help us. It’s upsetting though because other customers were coming in and they were helped immediately….. do better. UPDATE:The manager came to our table, she was very rude and unprofessional. She allowed “her staff” to be sarcastic and rude to us but when we bit back she had a problem with it. Super unprofessional I’m very shocked. Another waitress also had some snarky commentary to say and the manger did absolutely nothing. It’s sad because the food was great.

I use to love this place and my last few experiences have not been good. Service always seems to be an issue. We placed an order for a small pie to go and we decided since our kids were so hungry to just dine in. When we came in we told the waitress we have a pizza ready and if we could have that brought over to have our kids start first. It took 25 minutes to get sodas and we still had no pizza or drinks for our kids. We decided to go ask the young girl behind the counter about the pizza and was told it was sitting in a box now cold. At this point we opted not to order for ourselves and just leave. As we were paying, the waitress catches an attitude and tells us she was juts gonna bring our kids drinks. This is disappointing when we love the food here but the service is always lacking and my kids had cold pizza for dinner.

On 7/3/20, we had a wedding reception in the upstairs banquet room. From our first inquiry, we were treated with amazing service. Kelsy was our primary contact and she took great care of us. We came in the night before to drop some flowers but the real magical moment was when we walked up into the room for our event. The room was transformed with with mood lighting, candles and tastefully elaborate decor. The owner, Mark, was also amazing throughout. We opted to order off the menu to give our smaller party (13) the option to have their choice of plates. That being said the chef had previously personally reached out with some great more reception family style/buffet fare and a willingness to go above and beyond for us. We were also given a very thoughtful gift from the Zingarella staff. Overall this was an amazing experience that left my wife and I and all of our guests blown away. Thank you for everything - absolutely amazing experience!
