Panera Bread

This Panera is usually not crowded, and has been clean and quiet every time I go in. Some of the staff are helpful, but some ignore me or don't seem to care about customer service. The coffee and bakery food is good, but not much gets made and it runs out frequently. My Rapid Pick Up orders are seldom checked for accuracy. Still, I'll keep going there.

The food here is a hit or miss ..mostly miss. Food isn’t made correctly more then half the time it’s like gambling to see if you actually get what you ordered. Also they are VERY slow at making orders here if you go to their drive thru even if you are the only car expect to spend 15-30 minutes in the drive thru every time. I usually order the chicken chipotle breakfast wrap and when it’s made correctly it’s good but sometimes I’ll order it and it’s missing the chicken or basically half of its ingredients so your just eating a wrap basically. Hopefully they train their employees better or get better staff because I think it’s just carelessness on their end usually they are very well staffed have about 6 or more employees working in the kitchen. But still manage to take 15 minutes to make one breakfast wrap and still not make it correctly.
