I don’t usually do reviews, but Gurkha have always been amazing and last night was no exception! A whopping 31 of us dined here to celebrate my birthday and the staff were impressingly attentive considering how stressed and under pressure they must have felt! We all ordered different drinks, different starters and different mains, and they took it all in their stride and delivered some really scrumptious, well-presented food which was piping hot! I would definitely come here again in a large group. I just hope we weren’t too loud! 😳😁

One of the best Indian/Nepalese food I ever have in Southampton. Friendly staff, quality tasty food and value for money. It's my usual go to place. As a vegetarian, I would recommend saag paneer, tadka daal, chapati, paratha. Oh yes definitely, papadam and chutney, to start with.

Thank you so much Raj and your team, you made our evening. Food was delicious, very good prize, nice atmosphere. I have never eaten better Nepalise and Indian food, NEVER!! My partner had birthday and they made for him special surprise, plate with cake and birthday song. Thank you so much, for sure we will be back very soon!

Picked this restaurant because of its good reviews, and we were NOT disappointed. Excellent food, great service, very clean and nice ambiance, even down to the 80's music! Will definitely be coming again before our next cruise. We live on Anglesey so can't order a takeaway, but would if we could. Highly recommended!

First time I've been and it won't be long before I'm back.
Courteous and attentive service, the food was excellent, and even the music was great. Very reasonably priced too.
Do pick from the Nepalese menu rather than the more familiar Indian dishes, you definitely won't regret it. 😉

Loved the food. It was good price for the food. Quality of the food was excellent. We loved all the dish that we ordered.

Kids favourite and to their taste was Chicken grill garlic starter.

Delicious curries! The Naan Bread is soft and fluffy.
We had the Royal Tawa, Sherpa Chicken, Garlic Naan and Pilau Rice.
Will be eating from here again.
