I really enjoyed my coffee & the person who served me was lovely. However, the male barista ignored my friend, who was next in line. When I politely pointed this out, he responded with a poor attitude. Unfortunately, this experience has put me off returning. It does vary somewhat depending on who's working but it's the coffee shop I go to when in Southampton. My only gripe is the toilet is minging. I know you can't use bleach in 2025 Britain but just smuggle it in and give those urine aroma floors and skirting a bit of stink neutralisation!
