Ordered for pickup for my bf and his friends while watching football games. They loved the food and eat all of it. The wings hit the spot

I'm hella mad. I went to wingstop to get food I ordered online and I got it, but when I was leaving I saw the guy his name is Oh and claims to be the supervisor, throw away garbage, no wash hands, no glove, go into refrigerator pick up raw chicken with bare hands and pop it in the fryer.
An excellent supervisor knows a whole lot better than cross contamination and potential foodborne illnesses.
He would be glad to process a refund but I would have to drive back to the shop so he can weigh it and notate the amount of waste for the day, which would cost me gas!
Experience ordering online, super easy and would do it again.
Experience in store, abysmal.
