Subway

I have been going to this subway location all the time but yesterday I was not happy at all. Thier bread size became really small. Salad portion was also not enough.Price is still the same which is always higher then any other non sub places. Completely lower standard for Subway like place. Not sure if this is only at this location or all location. Will have try another location to see myself.

The food is fine and the service is ok. Something about the check out at the end is robotic: I noticed many of the employees tell you to take your card out of the credit card reader once it finishes processing the payment, despite the machine saying the same and emitting a ring to announce it is time to remove your card. The weird thing is, it doesn't matter if you have already removed your card, the employees still tell you to remove your card. Eerily consistent across employees. Not a reason to skip a Subway sandwich, but bizarre.

I have started going there recently and I noticed that staff is very rude. They never greet any Indian but if any American or non Indian comes in the store they will greet that person. I am an Indian and they never greet me when I enter. Also while making the food they are not polite. I have no option as other subways are far. Else I would never enter this place. I hope they can change the staff or make them understand that they should be nice to every one.

Staff is very rude. Cannot charge using app. Understandable. Provided a physical Subway card. Was told that points were added to the card and so cannot use for payment. Had asked for lite mayo for dressing got fully loaded mayo. No apologies for the bad service. When told that they need to improve service, was rudely told that I can complain to management. These guys are certainly not getting my business anymore.

Yes its very true that the manager of the store was very rude,even i faced the same today. I wanted to pay with subway app and he was like very irritated . I explained that the other day when i came in,other staff mem accepted it..then he started saying that i am the manager here i know better than anybody else and stuff ...then i said that's fine..and it continued..
