Put a mobile order in at 5:30am. Went to pick it up at 5:45, nobody at store. It opens at 5am, they didn't get there until 6am and we had to wait outside until they got things ready. Lots of unhappy customers

This Starbucks is super small but for some reason today the orders took forever and it definitely was not crowded.

Not happy this time! They messed up my ordered! Wanted Appled Crisp ICED Machiato but they gave me Hot. I let it go. Then I didn't realized till I got home...they didn't give me my coffee cake! Wasn't worth for me to go back!! Normally I'm very please with this store...I don't know what happened this time!

This location is easy to find as it is right along the street. The parking lot is large. The culture of the staff is personable and service oriented. Some of the staff even remembers me, even though I don't go in that often.

Small but nice Starbucks. I've tried studying here a few times, but I couldn't find an open seat. I've also joined a few meetups here, but they're usually outside.
Tons of parking by the hardware store. Traffic on Fair Oaks can be rough, and sometimes I duck in here for a quick coffee before braving traffic again.
