I did not want to write a negative review, but the food I purchased as so bad I have to complain. I bought the bowl with mashed potatoes, gravy, chicken, corn & cheese. I’ve purchased this before and loved it. But, this last time I bought it, the potatoes were rock hard and crumbled like sand when I bit into them. I quickly realized why there was an extra amount of gravy. It was obviously an attempt to cover up the dried out burnt chicken. Very below-poor food purchase.

Passing through the area. Extremely Dark chicken due to grease issues employee stated, food was not fresh overall, premade sides had been sitting too long. Returned food, employee tried to deter my wait by saying 20 minutes, I waited anyway. Fresh chicken looked WAY BETTER. Sincerely, A Georgia Peach

This is the most disgusting place I have ever eaten. We ordered a $50 meal deal and the chicken was not done. Your suppose to get 6 biscuits and we Got 2 whole buicuits with the other 4 biscuits eaten with the crumbs left. This was totally unfeoffesional, unsanitary just absolutely disgusting. I would never eat here again. They couldn't even put the salt pepper and butter in the bag as we requested. Waste of money.. horrible.. the people that are running this are not doing their job as they were all hugging and kissing instead. They don't wear gloves. This store should really be shut down. This so called manager is an absolute joke ...

Not a good experience, I order some chicken tenders, fries and biscuits, and the chicken tenders made my stomach hurt like crazy, the fries only tasted good with the sauce meaning that they tasted a little soggy and hard, the biscuit was good, I ah da chicken sandwich with a cookie that was good, and Pepsi was good but I felt like I was gonna throw up after that, go to the one on western it’s better

I ordered 16 piece family meal. The chicken was horrible, it was greasy, some not completely done and some over cooked. The chicken was sitting in brown grease. The fries were cold and you could tell they were old. I will never go to this KFC again. I was so disappointed, I was trying to get something for dinner for my family so we wouldn't have to cook today 12/21/2021, as we have been so busy. I was looking forward to a nice dinner, that didn't happen. They offered to replace it, if I bought the chicken back, I've heard horror stories about what you might get if you complained, so I declined. Lesson learned, as stated before, never again.

Horrible experience. Ordered three sandwiches, two orders of french fries and a lemonade. I was told 7 minute wait for fries and decided to wait. Over 20 minutes later a nice lady came to my car window and asked me what I had ordered. I told her and she handed me a bag and said this my order. Got home and was missing two sandwiches and a order of fries. Went back and they had my cold sandwiches and fries waiting for me. No apology or offer to make my food fresh for me. Just cold everything. Over $20.00 for cold soggy sandwiches. I won't be back!
