Panera Bread

Delicious as always! Went through the drive-thru this time and they were very patient with us because we were with two others that had not had Panera before, but they were very accommodating! They did accidentally forget my bread bowl but as soon as I walked back in to tell them about it the manager came straight up to me and was so kind he was wonderful and the girl behind the counter was wonderful I wasn't upset or mad I just wanted to let them know they had forgotten it and yeah it was a very nice experience. So I highly recommend going to Panera,my favorite is the broccoli and cheese soup bread bowl and their mac and cheese is wonderful as well along with everything else of course!

Came to Panera at night time. I Had ordered the roasted steak and white cheddar and it was pretty good, I substitute the horseradish sauce for chipotle mayo. I had to wait a couple of minutes for my order even though it wasn’t busy. Once I got my order it was nice and hot and it smelled really good. So it was worth the wait. The employees were friendly and the restaurant looked clean. I will try this place again.

This restaurant is getting a two star from me because of wait times. Mobile order wait times have went from being great to never ready. I have to sit here for way longer than necessary for any mobile orders anymore. I’m not sure why the speed on these orders has gone downhill so bad but it needs to be addressed and it needs to be changed. Mobile orders shouldn’t be neglected over in store eating. They were put in an order just as any in store or mobile order.
