Very limited selection and overly loud for some reason. Had a hard time hearing the cashier.

Order was completely wrong. Ordered a large hot machiatto and was given a large iced matcha latte. I don't like those. Not sure how that would be screwed up and one mistaken for the other. Maybe make sure the employees can read properly.

Stood there for 15 minutes with no line in the store. The staff was busy preparing the pickup orders. Of I had know it would take that long to yet serviced at the actual counter I would have ordered online while I was there. There was aslo a long line that forned behind me because the staff was not entertaining anyone at the counter, just the pickup orders. BAD customer service

Today AM, purchased a Sausage/Egg/Cheese on croissant toasted. Croissant was not toasted and egg was cold. Had to throw it away. I tried to call in a complaint but no one was picking up. Hence decided to post the review. I am disappointed because it used to be good here. Not sure if it is a different person preparing the food today.

Coffee is boiling hot! Place is pretty clean. No more free donuts with AARP card. Staff doesn't speak too good English and needs to learn about good customer service !

Coffee is still boiling hot. They charge you 85c extra for Almond milk in your coffee.Talk about Nickle and dime you! Place is still clean but, they still need to learn better English and better Customer Service!

I love the staff here! Most Dunkins have staff who are rather rude or just don't care, the staff at this Dunkin is so warming and welcoming! Such sweet, genuine people! I've also never had a messed up order at this location which I've had at 3 others in my area.
