Starbucks

I never thought I would say I am a regular at a Starbucks but somehow it has happened and it is this Starbucks. The drink is always the same and they know me and my order. I feel like Norm from cheers. They only thing I don’t love is the paper straws. Their are so many plastic alternatives paper is the worst.

I went there to get the strawberry refresher. I wanted to see what the hype was about that I saw on YouTube. The wait time at Starbucks was over 15 minutes. Definitely not a place you want to go if you trying to go in and out. This location was also packed there was only standing room. Not only that there was a lot of orders on the counter from people who have not yet to pick up their items. It was really messy and not much of a system if you was trying to get your item. Unfortunately the drink was not what I expected it to be and that was really disappointing. I could not taste the coconut milk and the lemon refresher that they use was overpowering.

Ordered a coffee on my app in advance. Was expected to wait for 15-20min. Went in to get my coffee when I have the “order is ready” notification after 20min Wait. Didn’t find mine. Asked the employee and was told to wait for more time because the barista was making my drink. Waited for another 10 min, people who ordered after I went into the store got their drinks. The employee was nice, helped me to double check my order status, but still told me to wait. I left empty handed cuz I’m in a rush. ———— People order online in advance for a reason. No one is expecting to wait for another half an hour to get the drink when they were told the drink was ready. I understand that it’s busy holiday season, but this place needs a better system.
