Nice Caffè Nero in the centre of Solihull - great to stop for a pitstop and a refresh. Nice loos, comfy chairs and good selection of nibbles and coffee. Service seems good, and fast - would recommend a visit :)

Staff are very friendly and I like the layout of the indoor seating area as there's plenty of room and it doesn't feel cramped at all. The lighting is also good and it's not dimly lit like in some shops. The sofas are very comfortable and the perfect place to spend a couple of hours reading or working on a laptop.
Opening hours are different to on the door. They close at 6, not 6.30pm.

Of all the coffee chains, I find Café Nero to be the most attractive. On this occasion in Solihull, the service was as ever efficient and friendly. I like the sensible cup sizes as well as the design of the cups. The loyalty scheme works very well. I find the coffee to be to my taste.The choice of cakes is more than acceptable, although I would like to see cinnamon buns introduced. The tables were in good order. Obviously, the staff members were ensuring that used crockery was removed quickly. I think that Cafe Nero offers reasonable value for money when compared with other venues

This has become a very regular visit for us. Their hot chocolate is very yummy. I love the special editions they do for Christmas and other festive periods. I do wish they do a more Apple/Cinnamon offering. Also, I would love to see Caffe Nero do a pumpkin spice drink.

Watch out for the app offers. They are quite good. The coffee flavour is nice. Staff are friendly and helpful. Parking might be an issue if going in just for coffee. Would have loved a drive through.

Very friendly staff that strive to please their customers and they make the effort to get to know their regulars. Lovely strong coffee (though you can request a milder one shot of espresso cup.) Adequate seating for singletons to small groups, water is freely available as are child high chairs.

It's my first time going back here for quite a while. I've always liked their coffee. I was served quickly. Found a good seat and relaxed before heading off to work. There always seemed to be a relaxed atmosphere and that has not changed with the playing of classical music.
