Really don’t recommend this place. Even the manager is rude - the one who sets an example for the rest of the crew. In fact most of this complaint is about the manager. There was only one person in front of me when we arrived and after they were served, they said “please give us a moment and will be with you shortly” fair enough, they were refilling the meals and getting things ready. But when it came time to serve me and my two kids, the lady noticed there was a line forming behind me and was incredibly rude trying to push us through their assembly chain. I asked for a full meal and side for my daughter. Then asked about allergens for my second daughter and by then the manager dismissed me and tried to serve the person behind me. We had just waited so patiently for our turn. The rest of the staff just followed the managers lead and disregarded my requests about dairy in the meals. Honestly, the portions here are so ridiculous. The “entrees” are tiny while the “sides” fill up the whole plate.

I’m giving them negative stars. Some female employee was using window cleaner near me and she opened the door and those chemicals got in my eyes and clothes. These people are careless, negligent, irresponsible, and thoughtless. Additionally, I have been here many times to test out if it was just a one time thing. Sadly, all the staff members here forget to give you a fork, fortune cookie, or condiments. Then you remind them, they give you a face. It’s not hard to remember. Let’s not be cheap. Step up your game. Other locations are doing what their suppose to. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
