Bagel Express

I ordered online to pick up and my service dropped so I called back. The same gentleman answered and was very nice and patient, took my order and I forgot to ask for salt, pepper and ketchup on my egg sandwich and he kindly asked if I wanted to add it so kudos for the attention to detail. I arrived and parking is sufficient and it’s right off the main road so it’s easy to access. The Chinese lady greeted me at the counter and was genuinely nice and warm toned and asked if I was there for pick up. My breakfast was ready and she rung me up for $6 and offered me a free coffee which I declined. They sue take debit with a $5 minimum and they use a modern payment device so no pin is needed if you don’t mind that and paying is instant so no waiting on that end either, I was in and out in less then 3 min. The place had a decent amount of seating and was very clean and the customers seemed to be enjoying themselves. This place is a winner and sets the bar high for the other establishments in the area. I ordered an everything bagel with 2 fried eggs, sausage and pepper jack cheese (my only critique would be that they did put a very thin slice of cheese I would have liked to taste more of it) and it was delicious. Thanks again Bagel Express I will be back!! **** I wanted to mention I did NOT get napkins so not a big deal most places throw a few in the bag so I have been spoiled, just a note to management ****

Truly don’t know how anyone could rate this place under 5 stars. Sparkling clean & kind workers. First of all if the price is what the problem is- you get what you pay for. The food is quality and cooked to perfection. My husband and I ordered egg sandwiches here and they were literally the best (with no exaggeration) the absolute best bagels we have ever had on the island or anywhere else. Over the course of my life living on the island I have tried countless bagel stores and this place is just top notch. Will never go anywhere else again. Bravo bagel express.

Today was my first time to Bagel Express since the new owner took over. The best part of my visit was the new guy behind the counter. Derek said he just started there but he was quite helpful, friendly and made me a very nice sandwich. I believe it was the owner telling him to take off some sandwich meat. But the way he made it was perfect. Good luck to the new owners. Keep hiring pleasant employees & serving decent sandwiches and you'll do just fine.(Don't skimp on the meat though) I'll definitely stop in next time I'm passing through town, even if only to say hi to your employee.
