Worst Dunkin in the area! Every single time I go here there is an issue with my order. Whether they get my order completely wrong, or are out of espresso, or the espresso machine doesn’t work, it’s always something. Don’t waste your time here, go to one of the other Dunkins in the area.

Been there 3 times. They have always screwed up my order, made food wrong, drinks wrong, etc. They seem like they don’t care to be honest. I would not recommend going to this Dunkin location unless you want to constantly be checking if the right food is even in the bag or in my case completely burnt.

I cannot believe I stuck it out!...a total of at least 40 minutes in the drive-thru! 5 cars in line. The guy who took my order had to have been new/didn't understand how to take a small food/drink order. Once I finally got to the pick up window I only got one coffee. Then I had to reorder my 3 other items individually and wait for them with a line of cars behind me. Poor team work/organization

The last 3 times I’ve gone here they have gotten my order wrong after I wait at least 15 minutes either in line or in the drive thru. It’s slow, sloppy and rude. When i ask for a coffee with regular cream I don’t expect a drink that is completely white. And when I ask for them to fix their mistakes they just give attitude and go out of their way to make the order even worse than it was originally. I will never go to this location again. There are 2 others close by that are way better.

Coffee is usually good at this location. I have low expectations for Dunkin. Don't place order through mobile app for pick up. They will ignore it until you ask them to make it 10-15 minutes after the order is placed. Service is unbelievably slow.

I have been here 3 times and my order is wrong every time. This most recent time will be my last. My coffee was FULL off coffee grounds..gross

Coffee is like water with a splash of coffee, then, no matter what you ask for, its almost white with milk.. it was pretty gross tasting.. never again for me..I threw it away.. what a waste.. I like coffee, not water and milk..

This place is the slowest Dunkin drive thru I have been through. After placing my order it took an additional 15 minutes just to make it up to the window to get my order. After paying, my order still was NOT ready and made wrong. When asked to fix my order the manager was extremely rude.
