I am puzzled that this location, which sets the bar for what it is to be "horrible", can be profitable. After nearly 15 minutes of waiting at the side delivery window receiving zero attention, we then get into the drive through line and wait for another ~20 minutes for this snail paced staff to process our order. I see two possible outcomes here: 1) close the doors and acknowledge that you don't aspire to be successful, or 2) take massive corrective action to turn this place around.

This place really doesn't care about serving people. Online used to be 30 minutes to close, but now they have it stopping at 8:30 because they have have a fake 9pm closing time on the app. I understand you guys wanna go home early, but you're literally taking away options and discounts that would normally be available to loyal customers simply because of laziness. It's very aggravating knowing I'm paying double what I should be because you guys wanted to serve less people and NOW YOU GUYS WANT TIPS? Literally have to drive to Warwick so I can get what I was rightly supposed to from this location. If I knew who higher up to go to I would.

I would have liked to give higher ratings but the dining room was closed no reason given just sign that said closed and locked doors. So drive threw was long wait food was not piping hot as I would expect with a good amount of customers in the drive threw and my biggest turn off. Was at the bottom of my tots container was some pickle tasting thing I dont know. I had just dumped the last few tots in my mouth I HATE PICKLES

We had spent the day in CT. Looked forward to a late lunch at Sonic. The lobby was closed. Only drive thru was open. We prepared to wait..and wait is what we did. 45 min in that drive thru.. I really wouldn't complain..it was to be expected with the amount of cars. What really disappointed me was how COLD our food was..it was truly disappointing.

Twice I have waited in the drive thru for 20+ mins. Awful service!!! It took 10 mins just to get someone on the intercom so I could order. A chronic problem that needs fixed. UPDATE: I attempted to contact the website as directed by the comment below. It WOULD NOT LET ME PUT IN THE SMITHFIELD DRIVE THRU. Therefore I can not futher explain my complaint as they requested. Must be to give the illusion of pacification. Truly pathetic tactics by a company.
