I wish I would have read the reviews because it by fair the worst food I've had. 1st the person taking my order through the drive through couldn't get my order rt. My food was cold fries tasted like they don't change their oil. The beef had no flavor and I know it Wasn't fresh. Because the cheese didn't even melt

The Wendy's on Northshore Blvd is most likely the worse run in all of Slidell. Went there the first time and they were out of Coke. I went there again and the guy in the window asked me what I had and gave me a bag with the wrong sandwich. Being asked doesn't bother me, but you may want to get it right if I am asked. I usually try to just do positive reviews, but I think Management/Owners will never know if there is something wrong unless told.

Hands down, the WORST fast food experience I've ever had! Let's start with the sevice... It's nonexistent! Stood at the pickup counter for over six minutes waiting for ketchup (condiment counter was completely out). Order was prepared wrong. Missing shakes, no extra lettuce, fries instead of chili, etc... The floor (at counter, in bathrooms, and dining area) were so saturated with grease, you need to stable yourself on the handrails! Its an absolute SAFETY HAZARD! Bathrooms were out of paper and simply a general wreck! I counted SIX different customers (in ten minutes) complain about the floor, lack of condiments, wrong orders, and condition of the tables. Now... lets talk "food quality"!

We were coming home from out of town and stopped to get 2 #1 meals. We were told to pull up and wait. We did for 10 minutes while 2/3 other cars got their orders and drove off. I went inside to inquire as to why the wait was that long and they were all really busy so I didn't get a reply. A young blonde had a bag headed out the door so I asked her. She looked confused and tried to get someone to reply to me, but to no avail. Poor girl- teenager- had to listen to a weary traveler. She probably quit tonight. I' m sorry I yelled at her. Also, they don't salt their burgers or fries enough and I forgot to ask for salt. I see other bad reviews. Is anyone in management reading these comments??! By the way, they're hiring if you need a job.
