The employees were very nice, even though they had quite a few cars in line. They took their time to make sure your order was right.

Very well lit place with lots of seating, quality food is good, ample parking and very cleanly bathrooms and eating area. Makes you feel like you’re in a sit down restaurant rather than a fast food joint.

I just went to this location on December 9 at 6 pm. I was greeted so wonderfully by a young man named Sebastian!! Wow!! He made my night!!! Such a refreshing change from the usual customer service norm out there these days that is negative! He really was a great employee from start to finish!!!!!

I ordered two whoppers with a Buy One Get One Free coupon. When I got home and before eating, I open the sandwiches to remove onions. Soon I discovered the beef patty on one sandwich looked like someone took a bite off of it. It seemed like they reused a patty after someone returned the wrong sandwich.
When I went back there and told them about it. They said patty was broken when taking out of the broiler.

The breakfast croissants were really great tasting. Courteous and friendly, female drive-thru attendents. Actually I have never been treated as well as the ladies treat me in the drive through. You got it going on at your House Blvd., Slidell, LA location. Thank you for the pleasant experience. My dog Gus says he liked you all also. 👍👍👍👍👍

Customer service bites at the gause Blvd slidell Louisiana location. One hand doesn't know what the other is doing. Took three employees to come to the window to figure out what our order was. Mind you while holding up the drive thru window. Time was 2p. Not lunch rush.
