Food was good but the restaurant was dirty. My wife and two children all had pho. It was tasty and hot. We also ordered the beef spring rolls which were served with peanut sauce. I will return here but I wish more attention to cleanliness was given.

Seriously good food. Seriously.
We had the Vermicelli Rice Noodles with Beef. Daikon radish, carrots, cucumbers, peanuts, and lettuce - so deliciously fresh... And the Pho with chicken and added brisket. Really really good.
Excellent portions, great prices, really good food.

The beef spring roll was tasty, pork vermicelli with mini pork sausage rolls (#30) yummy for John Thomas. I got the Pho! Ohmygoodness it is really good. Hits all the right taste bumps. Coconut boba is like ice-cream!

First time customer. I ordered to go: grilled pork spring rolls, pork and shrimp vermicelli bowl, and bun bo hue.
Everything was delicious; I miss my fav pho spot since moving to Slidell - mostly because I missed their bun bo hue. Pho Bistro’s bun bo hue ticked all the boxes for me.
Good quality food and reasonably priced!
