Manager ( a girl) seemed like very rude. Could’ve said politely what she said. I love Panera Bread but this location wouldn’t be my first choice. Left without ordering anything. I’m glad she isn’t my Boss)

Great food and drinks. Have good salads pastries and coffee. Like ordering ahead but sometimes just dining in is best. On this last visit I ordered a large coffee and I got a medium so I went ahead and asked someone at the register to check the size, both the guy at the register and the man that actually did the exchange didn't apologize or said something comforting. The place looks very nice since they remodeled from the last time I was here. So the food and place was good, the service needs a bit of work.

The efforts they have made toward social distancing (i.e. sanitizer by the door, glass partitions, a One-way line) made me comfortable with pick-up. Especially easy to online order and pick up

Called to place a pick up order, the cashier on the phone was extremely rude. After I got there, they didn't have my order on their system, so I had to re-order and wait for the food to be ready. The manager's excuse was "I think you places an order at a different store", while I double checked the phone and new that this was the store I was calling to. Very unprofessional.

Overall a good Panera. Love the modern new look and use of technology for ordering food. The only problem is that this Panera is a bit too busy sometimes.
