I usually love Casey's pizza, but as you are able to read on the receipt light sauce!! It was dripping with sauce.😔 Response to Owner response: Since I just threw this pizza in the garbage, no I do not plan on throwing away more money in the garbage. I have ordered Casey's Pizza for years now, but not anymore!!

We placed our order online, and as I pulled up to the store someone else was walking out with said order. Our ticket was clearly marked pickup with our name, and yet some random person walked off with our order. This is not the first time they've messed up our order, but this is the one that upsets us the most. Need to validate who is picking up orders like other locations do.

Disgusting… I ordered a taco pizza and 8pc bread stick, they were barley cooked and both were made incorrectly and didn’t even have correct ingredients called multiple times trying to get a refund on the food we didn’t even eat. The manager still has not called back to talk about it and pushing off our phone calls when they are clearly in the store. You guys could do better.

When I arrived to pick up my pizza, I watched the male employee place an order of breadsticks onto a tray without gloves while the female employee handed me my pizza. As she handed it to me, I noticed in her other hand she had a half eaten chicken wing which she then placed into her mouth after handing me my pizza. I brought it up to the cashier as I checked out very reluctantly. I was so worried about my safety that I brought the pizza back inside and requested a refund. They called a manager and said the manager would call me in the morning. I left without a pizza and without my money back. This is completely unsanitary and unacceptable. I would not recommend getting food here.

Fast service, the Casey's franchise has some of the best pizza in the upper midwest, that being said; it does depend on the person preparing the pizza because sometimes it's absolutely disgusting. If the prepper isn't taking the time to make a quality product the management should be doing they're part and not selling the mediocre at times food. Sometimes it's very small child sized slices and other times it's hanging over the edges, sometimes there's sauce and cheese other times the sauce gushes out of the pizza and other times it seems as if your eating cheese toast... Not impressed at all. How do you offer breakfast pizza at 345 pm which looks amazing but when you get home it can't even be chewed. If say at a minimum it sat 4 hours beyond the appropriate sell by time. I do realize things happen sometimes but when the bad begins to outweigh the good it's time to find another go to for a quick bite to eat! I have notified the supposed store manager no less than 3 different times with my complaint but who knows really who your speaking with on the other end!

Online order was canceled after an hour because the delivery driver ‘didn’t want to wait’ so when we called to understand what happened they said they couldnt do anything about it and we had to call DoorDash who replaced the order because Casey’s couldnt. I’m unimpressed and won’t order here again. Along w all of this the pizza and sandwich was not cut.
